Application

1.MLCC Capacitors and PTC Thermistors
High-purity electronic grade titanium dioxide, characterized by its high purity, small particle size, and rutile phase, is suitable for solid-phase synthesis of dielectric materials like MLCCs. Ceramic powders for temperature compensation use titanium dioxide mixed with magnesium titanate, calcium titanate, rare earth oxides, bismuth oxide, and clay.
For high dielectric constant types, barium titanate, primarily produced from high-purity electronic grade titanium dioxide, is sintered at high temperatures.
2.Titanate Series Products
High-purity electronic-grade titanium dioxide is an essential raw material for the solid-phase production of titanate materials, including calcium titanate and magnesium titanate, which are crucial for manufacturing capacitors and lithium-ion batteries.
3.Optical Glass
Titanium dioxide can increase the refractive index and enhance the transparency of optical glass, making it suitable for the production of optical glass and crystal glass. It is ideal for high-precision imaging mirrors, to simplify the optical system and improve the imaging quality.
4.Cosmetics Industry
